Real estate is in Joseph Sciortino’s blood. With over 50 years of family experience in property management in New York City, Joseph grew up dreaming of following in his family's footsteps. Now based in Miami, he brings that legacy—and a strong work ethic—to helping clients navigate the local market with confidence.
Joseph has spent the past four years working in the family office, focusing on the acquisition and renovation of residential rental and waterfront development properties across North Miami, Mid-Beach, and North Beach. His expertise spans multi-family investments, single-family homes, and apartment rentals. He’s proud of his role in coordinating successful acquisitions on Bay Drive and Flamingo Drive—projects he considers long-term winners thanks to their prime locations and future potential.
Motivated by integrity, honesty, and a direct approach, Joseph is deeply committed to helping clients find the right living situation at the right value. He takes pride in building relationships, adapting to clients’ needs, and ensuring every resident he works with feels at home.
Outside of real estate, Joseph lives life to the fullest. He’s a boat captain, an avid golfer, and values spending quality time with family and friends. Whether he's out on the water or networking over a round of golf, Joseph brings the same energy and enthusiasm he offers his clients every day.

Joseph plans to grow his family’s real estate presence in both Miami and NYC. His long-term goals include acquiring more multi-family investments and ultimately developing residential buildings—and even skyscrapers—in the city he loves.
